A conference room is available for use in The Golden Rule Building across the skyway of our three-building campus.

We partner with Nutrional Weight and Wellness to provide informational and instructional classes on how we can become healthier individuals.
Bike parking and storage
Locked storage area in The Golden Rule Building across the skyway of our three-building campus where you can park your bike. Lockers are also available for safe keeping of your belongings.

Specific places for recycling, organics, and trash is located throughout the building in lieu of trash collected at office desks resulting in higher rates of recycling.

District Energy Heating and Cooling are leaders in renewable energy sources and energy conservation. They provide hot and chilled water services for the building.

Pat and Mike's Lobby Shoppe is located in The Golden Rule Building across the skyway of our three-building campus. It has gourmet coffee by Peace Coffee, an organic and fair trade coffee provider. It also serves as a store of convenience offering many goods to purchase.
Fitness Center
Fitness Center is located in The Golden Rule Building across the skyway of our three-building campus which has treadmills, free weights, exercise bikes, and more, with access to shower facilities and studio classes you can attend.

Showers are on the lower level of The Golden Rule Building across the skyway of our three-building campus which is available for tenant use in the building to access. Perfect for fitness center users and people who commute by biking.
