81 On Seventh is just steps away from easy access to the skyway which is connected through the Robert St. Municipal Parking Ramp.​ The parking ramp is directly connected to the building making it a quick walk to the skyway.

A conference room is available for use in The Golden Rule Building across the skyway of our three-building campus.

We partner with Nutrional Weight and Wellness to provide informational and instructional classes on how we can become healthier individuals.

Locked storage area in The Golden Rule Building across the skyway of our three-building campus where you can park your bike. Lockers are also available for safe keeping of your belongings.

Specific places for recycling, organics, and trash is located throughout the building in lieu of trash collected at office desks resulting in higher rates of recycling.

Pat and Mike's Lobby Shoppe is located in The Golden Rule Building across the skyway of our three-building campus. It has gourmet coffee by Peace Coffee, an organic and fair trade coffee provider. It also serves as a store of convenience offering many goods to purchase.
Fitness Center
Fitness Center is located in The Golden Rule Building across the skyway of our three-building campus which has treadmills, free weights, exercise bikes, and more,​ with access to shower facilities and studio classes you can attend.
